<p>PURPOSE: A gear wheel and a gear wheel manufacturing method are provided to improve productivity by excluding a process of removing an injected portion because resin is injected between an insertion part and an outer part. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a gear wheel(100) is as follows. An insertion part(110) made of a hollow steel pipe is prepared. An outer part(130) with teeth on the exterior surface thereof is injection-molded. A wheel-shaped connecting part(150) is formed by injecting resin into three or more portions between the insertion part and the outer part so that the insertion part is arranged in the center of the outer part and the insertion part and the outer part are connected.</p> |
