<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for selecting a cosmetic tester by which, when a cosmetic tester is tried, another cosmetic tester that matches the cosmetic tester is conveniently shown to a customer to satisfy the customer. <P>SOLUTION: A combination of each cosmetic item for each use such as a foundation, a blusher, a lipstick or a cosmetic item for the circumference of an eye, and another cosmetic item for another use that matches each the cosmetic item is preliminarily stored in a personal computer. When a customer selects one cosmetic tester, another tester of a cosmetic item for another use that matches the cosmetic tester is shown to the customer.
