摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain stable valve characteristics by preventing the deformation of a valve caused by caulking, in a valve device of a hydraulic shock absorber. <P>SOLUTION: A retainer 7 and a washer 9 are attached to a valve body 2 and a check valve 5 by forming a caulking part 14 by inserting a pin 12 thereto and caulking the tip of the pin. At this time, a constraining member 22 is interposed between the washer 9 and the caulking part 14. A fitting gap between the constraining member 22 and the axis of the pin 12 is formed smaller than a fitting gap between and among the check valve 5, the retainer 7, the washer 9 and the axis of the pin 12. By this, when caulking the tip of the pin 12, the deformation of the axis of the pin 12 is constrained by the constraining member 22 whose fitting gap between the pin 12 and itself is small, the deformation of the check valve 5 can be prevented by suppressing the diameter-elongation of the attachment part of the check valve 5 of the pin 12, and thus the stable valve characteristics can be obtained. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
