<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable switch of contents to be reproduced among streams different from a main stream. <P>SOLUTION: For example, a PlayList includes a Main path of a Video or an Audio in a Clip 0, a Sub Path 1 of a second Video or second Audio in the Clip 0, and Sub Paths 2 and 3 of each Audio in Clips 1 and 2. The Sub paths 1, 2, and 3 are deemed as reproduction paths of a SubPath_type(for example, SubPath_type=7 and 5 herein) which is approved for the types of the PlayList. By using such PlayList, desired contents can be selected from streams different from the main stream such as Video or Audio in the Clip 0 or streams in the Clips 0, 1, and 2.
