<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compound having excellent plant disease-controlling efficacy. <P>SOLUTION: There is provided a pyridazine compound represented by formula (1) (wherein m and p are the same or different and are each 0 or 1; R<SP POS="POST">1</SP>is chlorine, bromine or 1-4C alkyl; R<SP POS="POST">2</SP>is 1-4C alkyl; R<SP POS="POST">3</SP>and R<SP POS="POST">4</SP>are each halogen; and n is 0, 1 or 2, and when n is 2, R<SP POS="POST">4</SP>s are the same or different from each other).
