<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for fixing a wheeled box pallet in transportation of a container. <P>SOLUTION: The device for fixing the wheeled box pallet in the container includes a belt, a terminal fitting attached to one end of the belt, and a body of the device for fixing using a ratchet buckle attached to the other end of the belt. The body of the device for fixing using the ratchet buckle has a base part comparatively long in a longitudinal direction, and an engaging part formed on a rear surface of the base part.
