POLARIZING PLATE PROTECTION FILM, POLARIZING PLATE AND MANUFACTURING METHOD OF THE SAME, AND LIQUID CRYSTAL DISPLAY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polarizing plate with little deterioration of a light polarizer after the lapse of time under a high-temperature and high-humidity condition and a polarizing plate protection film which can be used for the polarizing plate.

SOLUTION: A polarizing plate protection film includes a cellulose acylate and satisfies the following condition (1) or (2): Condition (1) the film surface pH is 3.0-4.5; and Condition (2) the film surface pH is more than 4.5 and 6.0 or less, and moisture permeability is 2800 g/m2day or more.
