<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tube for a heat exchanger which is configured so that a brazing failure in the tube is reduced and that the tube and the fins have improved water discharge ability. <P>SOLUTION: The tube 110 for the heat exchanger is formed in a flat plate-like shape and allows a refrigerant to flow therethrough. Stepped sections 117, 118 are respectively provided in both side ends 110a, 110b in the flowing direction of the refrigerant. The length of the tube in the width direction nearer to the end 110a, 110b side from the position of the stepped sections 117, 118 is set smaller than the length in the width direction between the both stepped sections 117, 118. Water discharge sections 119 are provided at predetermined positions between the stepped sections 117, 118 along the flowing direction of the refrigerant. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
