PURPOSE: A fall-protection sliding window system having heat and sound insulation functions is provided to prevent the separation or fall of window sashes from a window frame and implement heat and sound insulation with a simple structure. CONSTITUTION: A fall-protection sliding window system having heat and sound insulation functions comprises a window frame(100), window sashes(200), and fall-protection pieces(30). The window frame comprises an upper frame(10) having a body(11) which is formed with rails(12) and vertical grooves(13). The window sashes include an upper bar(20) comprising a pair of support pieces(21) which are supported on the rails and have mounting grooves(22). The fall-protection pieces are inserted into the mounting grooves and the vertical grooves to keep the window sashes from falling. |
