<p>Provided are a pipe bender which is capable of spiral pipe bending and a method for spiral pipe bending with radii of bend using the pipe bender. The pipe bender is characterized by including an XY sliding mechanism (G), which has a Y-axis movement means travelling back and forth and an X-axis movement means (F) travelling from side to side; a turning table device (30) for rotating a turning table (31) provided on top thereof, the turning table device (30) being placed on the XY sliding mechanism (G); a bender (40) with a cylindrical shaft (47) rotatably supported, the cylindrical shaft (47) being placed on the turning table (31) and secured to a worm wheel; a center shaft (42a) passing through the hole of the cylindrical shaft (47) and having a lower end secured to a bottom; and a bending roller (43) which is provided on top of the cylindrical shaft (47) rotatable about the center (O) of a support roller (42) and which is disposed adjacent to the support roller (42).</p> |
