<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solubilizing agent, capable of maintaining the dispersed state of a mixed fuel in which water is finely dispersed to a hydrocarbon-containing oil for a long period, and improving the storage stability and combustion efficiency of the mixed fuel. <P>SOLUTION: The solubilizing agent to be used to uniformly disperse water to an oil containing a 5-50C hydrocarbon includes fatty acid alkanolamide, 3-4C alkanol, 10-26C fatty acid, amine, and ammonium. The content of the fatty acid alkanolamide is 7-15 wt.%, the content of the 3-4C alkanol is 15-27 wt.%, and the content of the ammonia is 0.01-2 wt.%. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
