<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging apparatus which can take an image of a moving subject accurately at a required position within a structural outline. <P>SOLUTION: An imaging apparatus calculates a reaction travel which is the distance a subject moves within a reaction time based on the travel speed of the moving subject and the reaction time which is the time from the point when a user recognizes the subject to the point when the user presses the shutter button (S13), adjusts the reduction scale of the calculated reaction travel to at least one of the scales of a finder and a display based on the subject distance which is the distance between a lense and the subject (S14), generates a reaction scale which is a scale to show the reaction travel whose reduction scale has been adjusted (S15), and displays the generated reaction scale on one of the finder and the display (S16). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
