<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a money handling device capable of shortening the waiting time of a customer by skipping unnecessary initialization processes. <P>SOLUTION: An automatic ticket vending machine 1 issues a ticket automatically by monetary processing with bills and coins, and comprises first initialization means 21 for initializing an electrical and control system unit 20 not having a movable part, second initialization means 23 for initializing mechanical system units 22 having movable parts, a human sensor 25 for detecting approach of a human body, timer means 26 for measuring the time in which the human sensor 25 does not detect a human body, self-holding sensors (opening/closing memory parts) 27 for storing an opened/closed state of a door to open/close an opening which exposes the mechanical system units 22, and control means 24 for shifting the electrical and control system unit and the mechanical system units to an energy-saving mode. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
