A method and a system for service settlement are provided, wherein, the method comprises: acquiring the service information (S102); determining a settlement scheme according with the service type in the information (S104); dividing the service turnover of the service in the information by using the first division model of the determined settlement scheme, wherein the intermediate division terms resulted from the division are divided by using the second division model of the settlement scheme until the final division terms are acquired (S106); and aggregating the sum of the service turnover of the final division terms corresponding to each of the benefit parties of the service (S108). The invention achieves the multi division of the service turnover, so that the demand of the two, three or more layers of division in the complex division of the service settlement can be satisfied.
