<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insole for footwear that can prevent cold accompanied by moisture besides excelling in moderate cushioning property and air permeability. <P>SOLUTION: The cushioning property and heat retaining property are imparted in constitution of forming a body layer of a felt-like rubber-polyamide fiber mixture containing moisture-absorbing exothermic fiber, and laminating an uppermost layer on the body layer.
