<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pad for bow-leg correction footwear which maximally reduces burden by walking and exercising caused by sharp pains and fatigue on toes and the ball of foot feet due to bow-leg, rheumatic arthrosis and arthritis, hallux valgus, etc. specifically, which employs such a structure that a user does not require to use deformed toes and the ball of foot as far as possible, and compensates walking and excising functions by other parts, and which corrects distortion of knees and feet, and prevents the user from being accompanied by pains and loads even in long time use. <P>SOLUTION: (1) First, thickness of the pad is set to be 6-15 mm using a cushioning material. (2) Length of the toe tip of an insole is set at a position about 20 mm shorter than the ball of foot. (3) An arch-shaped swelling with the most swelling part at the center of the arch of the foot is formed. (4) As a result, pressure on toe tips and the ball of foot by body weight during walking and exercising can be dispersed from the arch of the foot except toes to a portion of the heel.
