<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a pump which can reduce the manufacturing cost. <P>SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing a pump 10 includes a piston accommodating step of accommodating a piston 30 in a cylinder 20, a temporarily fitting step as a post-process of the piston accommodating step, of temporarily fitting a connection projection part 31c of the piston 30 to the connection hole part 50c of a head 50, a head pressing step as a post-process of the temporarily fitting step, of pressing the head 50 until a female screw part 50b of the head 50 is brought into contact with the male screw part 60a of a head fixing part 60, and a permanently fitting step as a post-process of the head pressing step, of press-fitting the connection projection part 31c of the piston 30 in the connection hole part 50c of the head 50 by fastening the female screw part 50b of the head 50 and the male screw part 60a of the head fixing part 60 with each other. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
