<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a biodegradable container to manufacture a biodegradable container coated with a biodegradable film on the surface with high productivity. <P>SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing a biodegradable container includes steps of: engaging a pair of male die 4 and a female die 5 which contain heaters, have vacuuming holes for vacuuming, and can be engaged with each other, interposing a biodegradable material while making a biodegradable film close contact with and preform the surfaces of the male die 4 and the female die 5 using dies for foam molding consisting of the male die 4 and the female die 5 by vacuuming; and forming a foaming base material layer and at the same time coating the surface of the base material layer with the biodegradable film 3 by heating, foaming and baking the biodegradable material inside the die in which the male die 4 and the female die 5 are engaged with each other. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
