<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sprinkler head with a cover plate for concealing the sprinkler head from a room inside, which can be configured compactly and flowability of air flow flowing in from a gap between the cover plate and the lower surface of a ceiling is satisfactory. <P>SOLUTION: The sprinkler head includes a piping connection part whose one end communicates with fire fighting equipment and whose other end has a water discharge port, a cylinder shape frame part whose one end communicates with the water discharge port and whose other end has an opening end, and a thermosensitive decomposition part which retains pressing force of a valve body for closing the water discharge port and has a lever on which reaction force of the pressing force acts. The frame part has a beam-shaped part which has an outer peripheral surface projecting outside of the piping connection part, and in which the lever is locked to an opposed position in the outer periphery and an opening part lacking from the piping connection part side to the beam shape part on the outer periphery surface.
