PURPOSE: A stabilizer for fluorescent lamp equipped with a dimming controller is provided to reduce unnecessary power waste by removing flicker even in cased of minimum illumination. CONSTITUTION: In a stabilizer for fluorescent lamp equipped with a dimming controller, a filter section(10) removes the noise of an input AC power source. A DC section rectifies an output power and smoothes it to be DC power. An inverter unit(40) outputs the output power of the DC section to the power of a high frequency square wave. A resonant unit(70) supplies a driving power to a fluorescent lamp A dimming controller controls the illuminance of the fluorescent lamp according to the size of an input voltage. An inverter includes a capacitor and a variable resistor. A power consumption controller(50) prevent flicker when a light is turned on.
