PURPOSE: A nonvolatile memory device is provided to reduce the number of option pads by using option information stored in a code address storage unit. CONSTITUTION: A code address storage unit(110) stores inner setting information including option information. An option code register unit(120) stores the option information stored in the code address storage unit in response to the code read signal as the option code. A chip selection information processing unit receives the option code outputted from the option code register unit and activates one or more semiconductor chips(210,220). The plurality of semiconductor chips are laminated. |
