PURPOSE: A pitch converter and a probe card including the same are provided to be detachably combined, thereby replacing only the pitch converter when a defect is generated. CONSTITUTION: A first plate(124) arranges a first through hole(121) corresponding to a substrate contact point. A first plate contact point(122) arranged on a surface facing a printed circuit board is included in the first plate. A second plate(126) arranges a plurality of second penetration holes(127) corresponding to a plurality of tested contact points. The second plate comprises a second plate contact point(129) arranged on a surface facing the tested contact point. One end and the other end of a conductive wire(125) are respectively inserted to the first through hole and second through hole.
