DRYER AND METHOD OF DETECTING VALUE OF DRYNESS

PURPOSE: A dryness measuring method and a dryer are provided to accurately the dryness of object by precisely measuring the change rate of the condensed water at the high water level according to the drying step of a water level sensor. CONSTITUTION: A dryer comprises a condensing unit, a condensed water storage container(200), a water level sensing unit and a MICOM. The condensing unit cools the steam evaporating in the object and generates the condensed water. The water level sensing unit measures the water level of the condensed water accepted to the condensed water storage container. The MICOM calculates the change rate of the condensed water based on the measured water level and the dryness of the object is determined.
