FIBER OPTIC SENSING DEVICE WITH ELECTROMECHANICAL SENSOR

PURPOSE: An optical fiber sensor device with an electrical-mechanical sensor is provided to widen a measuring range maintaining the advantages of an optical fiber sensor. CONSTITUTION: An optical fiber sensor device(20) with an electrical-mechanical sensor comprises an electrical-mechanical sensor(22), first single optical fiber(21-1), and second single optical fiber(21-2). The electrical-mechanical sensor is extended in a length direction and comprises an inner path, which is formed in the length direction. The first and second single optical fibers are respectively inserted into both ends of the electrical-mechanical sensor and are respectively fixed by adhesive(23-1,23-2). An air gap is formed between the first and second single optical fibers.
