PAVING MATERIAL USING CLAY AND CONSTRUCTING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A pavement material using clay and a construction method using the same are provided to semi-permanently protect various colors and patterns of pavement materials against natural discoloration or friction. CONSTITUTION: A pavement construction method is as follows. Ceramic blocks, clay blocks, silica blocks, and scrap are collected, crushed to 1-20mm, classified by color, and packed separately. A mixture of chip 60~90 weight% and an adhesive binder 10~40 weight% is placed on a flattened base layer and compacted to form a compact layer(110). A mixture of color chip 10~40 weight%, silica 30~70 weight%, and an adhesive binder 20~40 weight% is placed on the compact layer to form a color layer(120). A pattern layer(130) is formed of color resin in a pattern part of the color layer.
