PURPOSE: A semiconductor device and a semiconductor device having a delay locked loop are provided to extend the delay of a clock phase delay circuit by changing delay of the clock phase delay circuit. CONSTITUTION: In a semiconductor device and a semiconductor device having a delay locked loop, a delay line(300) delays a source clock and generates a delay source clock. The delay of the delay line is changed by a delay unit. A delay sensor(304) senses whether the delay of the delay line is reached to a limit delay. A clock cycle measuring unit(306) measures the cycle of the source clock by a sample unit. A delay control unit(308) changes the delay of the delay line. |
