Aromatic Phosphoric acid-ester based flame-retardant and noncombustible nonwoven fabrics containing the same

PURPOSE: An aromatic phosphoric acid ester flame retardant containing aromatic phosphoric acid ester compounds is provided to ensure thermal stability and persistent frame retardance. CONSTITUTION: An aromatic phosphoric acid ester compound is denoted by chemical formula 1. A flame retardant contains the phosphoric ester compounds. A binder for flame retardant non-woven fabric comprises the aromatic phosphoric ester compounds and (meth)acrylic acid ester copolymers. A method for preparing the aromatic phosphoric acid ester compounds comprises: a step of dissolving methylene diisocyanate to prepare a solution; a step of step of adding a first solution containing dissolved compound of chemical formula 3 to the first solution; a step of adding a solution in which dimethylol propionic acid is dissolved; and a step of inputting dimethylol propionic acid and triethyl amine.
