UV BLOCK COSMETIC COMPOSITION OF POWDER TYPE

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing cosmetics for UV protection is provided to ensure high SPF value and PA value and to prevent stickiness. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing cosmetics of a powder phase for UV protection comprises: a spraying 3-30 wt% of oil binder part and 70-97 wt% of powder part and mixing; a step of sieving and maturing the mixture; and a step of pressing the mixture and tabletizing. The SPF(sun protection factor) is 30-80. The cosmetics contain 0-0.5 weight parts of pigment dye based on total 100 weight parts of the powder part. The oil binder part contains oil, organic UV protector, or mixture thereof.
