PURPOSE: A folding chair and shower chair in one is provided to enable an operator to fold a chair in a standing position. CONSTITUTION: A folding chair and shower chair in one comprises: a leg part(200); a rear part(300) having a seat back part; and a seat part(400) which rotates by lifting the seat back part. The rear part is slidably connected to the leg part. The seat part is rotationally supported on the leg part and rear part. When the seat back part is raised, the rear of the seat back part is raised.
