PURPOSE: A car passage height restricting device of outstanding improved structure is provided to improve the convenience of the use by fixing the rotation of a barrier bar using simple manipulation of a lever. CONSTITUTION: A rotating pipe(20) is combined in the leading end of a pillar(10). The leading end of a pillar is vertically installed. A barrier bar(30) is combined to the one side of the rotating pipe at a tilt. A separate rotating plate(40) is installed on the outside of a pillar in a vertical direction. A support(42), which upwardly protrudes from the end of the connection stick, is combined on end part of the connection stick. A guiding pipe is vertically fixed to the exterior of the pillar.
