Provided is a manual cutter comprising a holder fitting unit (30) having a holding hole portion (35). A tip holder (10) for the column-shaped manual cutter includes a tip (14) rotatably fitted at its one end, and a positioning attachment part (16) formed by notching the other end. The holder attachment part (30) is caused to fix the tip holder (10) in the holding hole portion (35) by abutting and pushing a fixing screw (38) onto the positioning attachment part (16). As a result, the complicatedness of the tip fitting and replacing works can be eliminated to make the tip proper without any error.
