<p>PURPOSE: An OLED apparatus for including a structure with a radiation and insulation characteristic is provided to prevent an organic compound from being deformed due to heat by integrally laminating a radiation layer, a moisture proofing layer, and an insulating layer. CONSTITUTION: An OLED(Organic Light Emitting Diode) device(120) is formed on a glass substrate(110). A coating layer(130) includes an insulation layer, the radiation layer made of a radiation material, and the moisture proof layer made of an absorbing material. A protective layer(140) is formed on the coating layer. A thermal dissipation layer(150) is formed on the protective layer. The thermal dissipation layer emits heat, which is generated in an OLED apparatus, to the outside.</p> |
