NEW DITHIENOPYRROLE DERIVATIVES AND ORGANIC ELECTRONIC DIODE USING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A novel dithienopyrrole derivative and an organic electric device using the same are provided to perform hole injection, hole transport, electron injection, and electron transport. CONSTITUTION: A novel dithienopyrrole derivative is denoted by chemical formula 1. An organic electric device contains a first electrode, a second electrode, and one or more organic layer placed between the first and second electrodes. The organic layer contains dithienopyrrole derivative. The organic layer comprises a hole injection layer and hole transport layer containing the dithienopyrrole derivative.
