WIND POWER GENERATOR WITH REDUCED NOISE

PURPOSE: A noise-reducing wind power generator is provided to enable wind power generation in the center of a city with low wind speed by vibrating a blade installed inside a housing using air current with raised flow rate. CONSTITUTION: A noise-reducing wind power generator comprises a collecting part(110), a pipeline(120) which is connected to the collecting part and allows wind to rise, a heating part(130), a vibration generating part(150) including a blade to be vibrated by the wind passing through a housing, a torque-rotation converting part(180) which includes arc links for continuously rotating an output shaft and converts torque into a rotating force through a frame and the arc links by the vibration of the blade, and a rotary generating part(190) which generates electricity by a rotator connected to the output shaft of the torque-rotation converting part and a stator and stores the generated electricity in a storage battery.
