METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING TRANSFORMED SPERM EMPLOYING PLURIPOTENT SPERMATOGONIAL STEM CELLS

PURPOSE: A method for producing transformed sperms is provided to improve production efficiency of transgenic animals. CONSTITUTION: A method for producing transformed sperms comprises: a step of introducing an expression vector containing a gene into a pluripotent spermatogonial stem cells to prepare transformed pluripotent spermatogonial stem cells; a step of culturing the stem cells in a culture medium containing retinoic acid(RA) to differentiate into reproductive cells; and a step of transplanting the reproductive cells into a seminiferous tubule in a male animal testis and growing for 6-12 weeks. The culture medium is a EB(embryoid body) culture medium.
