PURPOSE: A plate shape collapsing snow remover, which can be used for snow removal, is provided to enable a driver and pedestrian to recognize a freezing region of a road. CONSTITUTION: A plate shape collapsing snow remover is composed like next. The snow removal material is manufactured as plate type in which the fluorescent material is included. The plate type snow removing material is made in the freezing region throwing. The plate type snow removing material is crushed in the freezing region which the compulsory crushing joint is put in the freezing area.
