PURPOSE:To obtain the titled extruder wherein the mounting, demounting and assembling of the cylinder, etc. are facilitated by attaching the heating cylinder to the gear box etc. with clamping force via the wedge or lever action operated hydraulically. CONSTITUTION:The wedge 31 is attached to the piston 30 of the hydraulic cylinder 29, and hydraulic oil is made to operate the hydraulic cylinder 29 from the hydraulic source 26 via the electromagnetic switching valve 32. Mounting and demounting of the cylinder 14 to and from the fixed part 34 such as the gear box, etc. are facilitated by putting in and out the wedge 31 to the groove 36 which is shaped by the piece 33 attached to the cylinder 14 and the tilting plate 35 attached to the fixed part 34 such as gear box etc. |
