PURPOSE: An information creation method, information monitoring method, and information monitoring system are provided to enable a user to conveniently display information by providing a design tool including a design concept. CONSTITUTION: A terminal(110) creates a board by arranging information about an object which is created by a design tool. The terminal displays a monitoring result by transmitting and acquiring user location information. A web service apparatus(120) replies a monitoring function about a board, the stored object, and the creation and storage function of a board. A monitoring service server(140) creates information about the board and the object as a map by monitoring the stored object and board based on the user location information.
