PURPOSE: An external force vehicle for operating the rotation of the louver assembly is accepted to the gear-box which is compact. The operating performance is improved. CONSTITUTION: A system louver comprises a supporting frame(11), a reduce gear assembly(80), and a transfer device. A plurality of louver assemblies is connected in the supporting frame and it is pivotally installed. The supporting frame forms the girth of the opening opened and closed with the louver assembly. While being arranged in the inner side of the supporting frame, it is combined among a plurality of louver assemblies in one rotary shaft and the reduce gear assembly transfers the torque. It is connected to the input side gear of the reduce gear assembly and the transfer device transfers the external force for rotation.
