摘要 A WiBro(Wireless Broadband) service system using an optical repeater is provided to supply a signal transceiving service by only using the optical repeater without making a WiBro RAS(Radio Access Station) directly provide the service, thereby simply resolving a signal delivery delay difference between optical repeaters. An RAS(100) comprises the followings. A modem chip conducts modulation/demodulation for forward and reverse signals. A D/A(Digital to Analog) converter(104) converts a forward digital signal into an analog signal. An up frequency converter(106) converts an analog signal into an RF(Radio Frequency) signal to send the converted signal to an optical repeater donor module(200). Down frequency converters(110,111) convert signals received from the donor module(200) into IF(Intermediate Frequency) signals. A/D(Analog to Digital) converters(108,109) convert the IF signals into digital signals. The donor module(200) comprises as follows. A forward RF unit(202) amplifies or attenuates the RF signal so as to have a designated signal level. An O/E converter(206) performs conversion between the RF signal and an optical signal. Reverse RF units(204,205) amplify or attenuate a reverse RF signal incoming from the O/E converter(206) so as to have a designated signal level to send the amplified or attenuated signal to the down frequency converters(110,111).
