PURPOSE: A construction method of an eco-friendly wall used for a complex, a landscape, a park, a river, and a road is provided to form patterns on a concrete wall even if the concrete wall is already cured. An adhesive layer is formed by spreading primer on the surface of a concrete wall(S1). A reinforcement layer is formed by installing a mesh for preventing cracks on the surface of the adhesive layer(S2). A mortar layer is formed by spreading epoxy resin mortar on the surface of the reinforcement layer(S3). Before the mortar layer is cured, a liquid release agent is spread on the surface of the mortar layer, and patterns are formed(S4). The mortar layer having the patterns is cured(S5). The surface of the cured mortar layer is coated with color(S6). The colored surface of the mortar layer is coated with a coating agent(S7).
