PURPOSE: A hair turban manufacturing device and a hair turban manufactured thereby are provided to press hair by using an expansion unit. CONSTITUTION: A hair turban manufacturing device comprises: a table(11) in which a hair turban raw material is placed; a sewing device(12) capable of forming a wrinkle hair turban on a plurality of elastic rubber bands; a transfer roller part(14) which transfers a wrinkle hair turban transferred to one side of the table; and a hair turban winding unit(15) which is installed in the end of the table and reels the wrinkle hair turban. |
