PURPOSE: A beam scanning system for detecting a bio-substance by an optical phased array is provided to continuously detect the bio-substance without sample fixation. CONSTITUTION: A bean scanning system(100) comprises: a light source forming part(110) for forming a supercontinuum light source; a voltage application unit(120) for variably forming a voltage; and an optical device(130) which changes the phase of a supercontinuum light source to form and output beams(22). The optical device comprises an incident port, a plurality of output ports, and electrodes.
