The molecular marker for discrimination of the nuclear-genetic male sterility gene prepared in accordance with the present invention can discriminate whether a nuclear-genetic male sterility gene exists in a hot pepper, discriminates a genotype of various genes through DNA analysis in the laboratory using the molecular marker, and enhance objectivity and reliability of the discrimination. And it is also expected to maximize the selection efficiency during the breeding process and shorten the selection time and is useful in breeding due to possible genetic discrimination of fertile and infertile species in the same generation.
