The invention relates to a device for drawing or guiding synthetic threads, in particular in a melt spinning process, comprising two symmetrical opposite guide rollers each having a drivable guide sleeve. In order to be able to guide the threads at identical draw speeds, according to the invention the guide sleeves of both guide rollers are directly connected to a drive shaft of an electric motor.
