<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a resin sheet producing apparatus which makes it possible to surely form minute unevenness in a surface with the use of various thermoplastic resins. <P>SOLUTION: The manufacturing apparatus 1 has a metal-made temperature adjustment roll 4, a rotary roll 7 separated from the temperature adjustment roll 4, an endless metal band-like body 8 in which unevenness in a shape corresponding to unevenness to be formed in the surface of the resin sheet and which is suspended between the temperature adjustment roll 4 and a rotary roll 7, and a press roll 5 which presses the endless metal band-like body 8 and a thermoplastic resin sheet 3 made of a thermoplastic resin to the temperature adjustment roll 4, makes the thermoplastic resin sheet 3 be contacted with the outer peripheral surface of the endless metal band-like body 8 at a point B, and gives unevenness to one side of the thermoplastic resin sheet 3 while the temperature adjustment roll 4 is rotated. The endless metal band-like body 8 is conveyed toward the point B so that an angle θ made by the conveyance direction toward the point B of the endless metal band-like body 8 and a straight line A connecting the center O of the temperature adjustment roll 4 and the point B is ≥60° and <90° in the resin sheet producing apparatus 1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
