<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cell culture module which can: perform three-dimensional cell culture; supply nutrients and air (oxygen) to the cultured cells and remove metabolic waste matters from the cultured cells with high efficiency, while easily controlling the supply and the removal with more than three conditions independently without using a special device; and downsize the module. <P>SOLUTION: The cell culture module 1 includes: a cell culture scaffold material 10 having hollow fiber membrane meshes and a nanofiber layer disposed fluid-tightly between a lower bottom 20 and an upper cover 30; and cell injection ports 21a, 22a, 31a and 32a and openings 21b, 22b, 31b and 32b covered by sheets at the position where the lower bottom 20 and the upper cover 30 correspond to the nanofiber layer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
