<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromotive switch valve which can respectively opens and closes valve holes communicating with a plurality of gas outflow ports by one motor. <P>SOLUTION: The electromotive switch valve in which a gas inflow port 21 and a plurality of gas outflow ports 22a, 22b, 22c are formed concurrently has a valve casing having a plurality of valve holes 25a, 25b, 25c respectively communicating with the plurality of gas outflow ports and a plurality of valve bodies 3a, 3b, 3c, which opens and closes respectively a single movable body 4 moved up and down in a valve chamber by a motor M and a plurality of valve holes. To the movable body 4, there are fixed electromagnets 5a, 5b, 5c which respectively absorb an armature 33 of the valve body, the electromagnets are excited in a state that the electromagnet is contacted to the armature, and the corresponding valve body is opened by moving the movable body upward. The valve opening starting position is made to be different for every valve body, and a cushion mechanism which allows the relative movement to the lower part of a shaft portion with regard to the valve portion of the valve body is provided in the valve body of which the valve opening starting point is located above the other valve bodies. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
