<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a workpiece aligning device advantageous in aligning workpieces even when a large quantity of workpieces are charged into. <P>SOLUTION: The device includes: a base body 1 having walls 11 and 12 each with an inner peripheral wall surface i for holding the workpieces group W and forming a hopper chamber 14; a rotary ring 2 arranged to rotate about the center line P of the hopper chamber 14, and having a workpiece receiving surface 20; and a lifting member 3 disposed below the rotary ring 2 at the bottom dead center, and with the elevation in the direction of an arrow Y1 lifting the workpiece group W to place the workpieces W1 on the outer peripheral side of the workpiece group W on the receiving surface 20 of the rotary ring 2. A gate part 6 makes the workpieces W1 of the correct posture among the workpieces W1 placed on the workpiece receiving surface 20 of the rotary ring 2 pass, while dropping the workpieces W1 of the incorrect posture from the workpiece receiving surface 20 of the rotary ring 2 to be eliminated. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
