DEVICE AND METHOD FOR FILTERING CATALYTIC CRACKING SLURRY OIL

<p>A device and method for filtering catalytic cracking slurry oil. The device comprises a slurry oil circulating tank (1), a crossflow membrane filter (2) and a slurry oil circulating pump (7). The crossflow membrane filter (2) comprises a filter core and a housing. The filter core is located inside of the housing, and a space exists between the outer surface of the filter core and the sidewall of the housing. The sidewall of the housing is provided with a first opening. The slurry oil circulating tank (1) is connected with the lower end of the filter core of the crossflow membrane filter (2) via the slurry oil circulating pump (7). The first opening is connected with a cleaned slurry oil discharging pipeline (5). A circulating slurry oil pipeline (15) is connected between the upper end of the filter core and the slurry oil circulating tank (1). The method comprises: a) providing a catalytic cracking slurry oil feed; b) making the catalytic cracking slurry oil feed to flow through the filter core of the crossflow membrane filter (2), thereby separating the catalytic cracking slurry oil feed into a cleaned slurry oil and a concentrated slurry oil; and c) discharging the cleaned slurry oil filtered by the filter core, via the first opening and further the cleaned slurry oil discharging pipeline (5).</p>
